The operation of cutter suction dredger

During construction, different construction technologies will be selected according to different soil conditions. The common construction technologies are as follows:

1.       When excavating hard clay, the hardness of clay is high and the water content is low. The key point of cutter suction dredger operation is to control the braking pressure and speed of cutter, and the single-layer digging surface should be thin.

2.       The sand soil is loose and coarse, so the thickness, speed and forward step of the cutter suction dredger should not be too large to prevent blockage.

3.       When excavating hard plastic clay, in order to prevent the soil block from sticking the cutter, the cutter should be lifted frequently for inspection during the working process.

4.       The moving distance and speed of the cutter suction dredger can be increased appropriately.
